Brown kicks off campaign re WORCESTER, Mass. Sen. Scott Brown officially kicked off his reelection campaign Thursday, casting his chief Democratic opponent Elizabeth Warren as an ideologue and pledging to be an independent voice in a deeply partisan Congress.
